With our compliance reporting system "Vispato", you can help us achieve these goals: Our whistleblower portal offers you and all other external "stakeholders" the opportunity to report potential violations of our corporate principles.

We will acknowledge receipt of your report within five business days. It may take longer if sent during a holiday. If your initial contact does not contain enough information or evidence, we will contact you and ask you to share more. You will receive a unique case number after submitting your report. This number will allow you to track the progress of your tip after it is logged into our system. Please track your report.

Investigation
Every report we receive is carefully and diligently investigated by our Compliance Counsel and/or Compliance Officer himself/herself.

Confidentiality
The investigation will be conducted consistently and confidentially - we will only involve individuals who need to be involved. Our responsible Compliance Counsel may conduct confidential discussions with employees, contractors or others they deem relevant to the investigation.

Decision and feedback to you
After we have reviewed all of the results of our investigation, we will decide whether a violation has occurred and, if so, take action. You will be notified accordingly.

Protection from reprisals
We can assure you that whistleblowers may not suffer any disadvantages (prohibition of reprisals), provided that this is done in good faith.

Important notice
Janitza protects the anonymity of the whistleblower if he or she remains anonymous and will generally not take any action to identify the whistleblower.
Janitza also protects the rights of the accused person.

To help our company conduct actionable and effective investigations, please include a detailed description of the incident (who, what, when, how) and evidence (e.g., copies of documents, screenshots, or names of witnesses) that can corroborate your report. Please note that general allegations cannot be investigated.

How our whistleblower system helps protect your privacy

  • Your message will be stylometrically redacted to provide you with an even higher level of anonymity. We remove all punctuation and convert all words to lowercase."
  • All information is end-to-end encrypted, so your sensitive information remains safe.

What you can do to protect yourself

  • You are not on the corporate network (Internet/VPN).
  • You should not use a device (smartphone, computer, etc) that is provided by your employer.
  • You should not use the kinds of idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or when writing emails.
